Redbarn Pet Products makes an effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information found on our website. Updates to the site may happen without notice. If any errors or discrepancies are found we will take immediate action to correct the information. While we work to provide you with the most accurate and reliable information, we cannot be held responsible for any typographical or photographic errors.

We make an effort to provide accurate displays of our products but are not held responsible for typical variation. As many of our products are all natural, meaning they come from items found in nature rather than a uniform mold, variety is to be expected.


This site may frame or contain references or links to other websites not operated or controlled by us (“Third Party Sites”). The links from this site do not imply our responsibility for nor endorsement of the Third Party Sites. We suggest reviewing these sites’ Terms and Condition pages when visiting them.


Only one promo code may be entered in the “Promo Code” field at the time of checkout. Discounts will be shown on the final confirmation page. Promo codes issued for Redbarn’s website are not intended and cannot be used for purchases in store.


Redbarn’s site is not intended for children under the age of 13. Adult supervision is advised while children use our website. If parents are concerned that their child’s information has been entered into our site please notify us so that we can remove it as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By posting photographs, video, reviews, feedback, or any other type of available submissions hereto referred as (“Content”) on this website, any of our social media channels (including but not limited to www.facebook.com/Redbarninc or @RedbarnInc on Twitter and Instagram), any of our blogs, or by using any hashtags related to Redbarn LLC (including but not limited to #RedbarnInc, #RedbarnCares or #RedbarnRewards) or addressing Redbarn directly utilizing @ tags for accounts maintained by Redbarn (including but not limited to @RedbarnInc) you are irrevocably granting us permission to use your Content and likeness in whole or in part on our website, social properties, apps, marketing materials, advertising materials, or any other materials owned or maintained by Redbarn LLC without compensation or consideration to you. Upon submission, we may modify, edit, update, reproduce, adapt, publish, or translate your Content for any purpose whatsoever without your consultation.  All such Content, material, information or other communication you transmit, upload or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.  The Company will have no obligation with respect to the Content or communications.

By entering any contest, giveaway or promotion sponsored by or including Redbarn Pet Products, you are bound by the following terms and conditions:

a) Redbarn reserves the right to disqualify any contestant at any time for exhibiting any of the following behaviors including but not limited to: abusive or defamatory language directed at fellow contestants or Redbarn, unethical voting practices (including but not limited to the practice of purchasing votes, using backup or multiple account or using spam or bots to influence voting practices), creation of spam on contest resources, or other behaviors and abuses of contest privilege to be determined by Redbarn.

b) Redbarn reserves the right to not award prizes “won” in the event of rule violations, including but not limited to: claiming more than one prize per household per contest, the awarding of more than six prizes, promotions or giveaways put on by Redbarn in a calendar year, or other behaviors and abuses of contest privilege to be determined by Redbarn.

The Redbarn Pet Products mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Redbarn Pet Products , “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Redbarn Pet Products’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related [if you send promotional messages: and promotional ] messages, including [If you send transactional messages:  updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) ] [If you send promotional messages: and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders)] from and on behalf of Redbarn Pet Products via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Redbarn Pet Products. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
